Surgery may harm milk glands or milk ducts or nerves.Damage to milk duct may affect milk production. Blocked ducts may cause reducing the flow of milk which may cause breasts to swell often accompanied by pain and fever.

Mothers with breast implants may have more problems in breastfeeding than others. During the pregnancy and after delivery one should be in constant touch with the doctor especially when you notice the following cases –
No milk within four to five days after childbirth
No enough production of milk
Detection of a lump on the breast
Hardening on the breast
Pain in nipple during or after breastfeeding

After having with this information one should next set up a meeting with a lactation expert consultant to help you achieve successful breastfeed.

How to increase the volume of milk production?
It is also advised that one should go for maximum breastfeed in first few weeks to produce maximum milk. Use of breast pump along with feeding your baby from your breast can boost milk production. My personal experience to maximize milk production is to consume maximum milk or lactose products.One can consult doctor for recomendation or herbal supplements to boost breast milk.

Health Risks
Though there is no major health risk to your baby, it is advised if you’re thinking of having breast implants, you might consider waiting once you’ve already had and breastfed children to avoid any mental tension.

Two Moods of Holi

A very very Happy Holi 2010 to one and all! Though I am scared to participate in this festival. But I have realized the fact that that one should participate in it fully gracefully,

When, its time for Holi, please don’t hold you back and enjoy the festival to the hilt by participating with full enthusiasm in every small tradition related to the festival.

Holi is primarily concerned with happiness, colours and fun. Hope you are making most of it. In spite of being such a colourful festival, there are various aspects of Holi which makes it so significant for our lives.

The festival not only gets us close to our religion and our mythology as it is essentially the celebration of various legends associated with the festival, It helps to bring the society together and strengthen the secular fabric of our country. From personal, socio-cultural, religious to biological there is every reason why we must heartily enjoy the festival and cherish the reasons for its celebrations.

Though they might not be so perceptible but a closer glance and a little contemplation will reveal the significance of Holi as a human being in more ways than meets the eyes.

Last Sunday I went to roam with my camera to some old places of town and suddenly I reached a zigzag point which I use to recapitulate as the first zigzag of my life. Rather I started understanding the twists of crisscross life from here. It is about nineteen years back when I was instigated by one of my class fellows  for throwing proposal to my first crush, which I obediently executed.
